GETTING HERE

BY CAR

• DRIVE

You will be able to locate the festival grounds on Waze or Google Maps by searching for ‘Sepang International Circuit’. Drive time from KL city takes about 50 mins, with a distance covering approximately 50 km to the festival grounds. There is limited parking on the festival grounds so we suggest to carpool with your friends.

• TAXI

Taxis are plentiful within Kuala Lumpur City Centre, and you can hail any available taxi and ask them to take you to Sepang International Circuit. Alternatively, you can use the Grab taxi app to book your taxi online.

• VIA KLIA EXPRESS

You can take the KLIA Express train from KL Sentral to KLIA 1. From there, you may book a Grab over to Sepang International Circuit. Please refer to the train schedule here - https://www.kliaekspres.com/schedule/. Keep in mind that the times, the last train from KLIA 1 back to KL Sentral is at 00:10!

• VIA KLIA TRANSIT

You can take the KLIA EXPRESS KLIA TRANSIT train from Bandar Tasik Selatan, Putrajaya/Cyberjaya, Salak South to KLIA 1. From there, you may book a Grab over to Sepang International Circuit. Please refer to the train schedule here - https://www.kliaekspres.com/schedule/. Keep in mind that the times, the last train from KLIA 1 back to KL Sentral is at 00:10!

OKAY, TELL ME THE BASICS.

For starters, for the first time ever, Good Vibes Festival this year is going to be held across THREE days - 21, 22 & 23 July 2023 at Sepang International Circuit. It's a rain or shine event so make sure you bring your raincoats (just in case!). Expect good music, good company, good food, and most importantly, good vibes!

HOW OLD DO I HAVE TO BE TO ENTER THE FESTIVAL?

You must strictly be aged 18 years old or above on the day of the festival in order to enter the festival grounds.

WHAT CAN I BRING?

  • We know how Malaysian weather can be, be prepared for both rain or shine! Bring your sunglasses and sunscreen, and a raincoat just in case.
  • Take some picnic mats with you to sit down on.
  • Portable fans
  • Wear appropriate clothing – comfort is key, and don’t forget your dancing shoes!
  • Compact cameras are allowed (disposable film cameras are allowed).
  • Bring your powerbanks, make sure they’re charged the night before!
  • Come early to secure your parking, there’s limited parking on site.
  • Posters are allowed, as long as they’re within the maximum size of A2. Please keep them friendly, good vibes all around!
DON'TS
  • Strictly no drugs allowed!
  • Please don’t bring outside food and drinks, there will be plenty of options on site. Including plant based options for our vegan friends.
  • No knives/weapons, or bad vibes.
  • No professional cameras (SLRs/DSLRs).
WHEN DOES GOOD VIBES START AND END?

Doors open at 3:30 pm everyday of Good Vibes 2023 (Friday, Saturday, Sunday). The festival ends at the latest by 12:30 am. However, make sure you try to come early to avoid lines! Also, you’ll want to catch all the amazing acts!

HOW DO I ENTER THE FESTIVAL?

Just bring your ticket in print or digital form along a copy of your valid photo ID or passport matching the customer name on the ticket in order to redeem your festival wristbands at the wristband redemption counter. You will need to be wearing your festival wristband in order to gain entry to the festival.

I GOT MY TICKETS FROM A FRIEND/THIRD PARTY, CAN I USE THIS TO ENTER THE FESTIVAL?

Yes, as long as it’s a valid ticket so please make sure they’re a trusted source! Please note that tickets purchased ONLY via the Good Vibes Festival website are valid. Bring the ticket in print or digital form along a copy of their valid photo ID or passport matching the customer name on the ticket in order to redeem your festival wristbands at the wristband redemption counter. You will need to be wearing your festival wristband in order to gain entry to the festival.

IF I HAVE A 3-DAY PASS, DO I NEED TO WEAR THE SAME WRISTBAND FOR ALL THREE DAYS OR WILL I BE ISSUED WITH ANOTHER WRISTBAND FOR DAY 2 AND DAY 3?

Please DO NOT take off your wristband and keep it on at all times during the festival and on all three days! You will be using the same wristband for entry on all three festival days. Damaged or lost wristbands will not be replaced and you will not be issued any new wristbands.

WHEN WILL THE DAILY ARTIST LINEUPS BE RELEASED?

Daily artist lineups will be released closer to the festival date, hang tight and stay tuned for updates!

WILL THERE BE FOOD AT GOOD VIBES?

Of course! Good Vibes Festival will feature a host of popular, local independent food joints at the Good Bites food village so there’ll be something for everyone.

CAN I BUY TICKETS AT THE FESTIVAL ITSELF?

Yup – provided tickets are not yet sold out, tickets will be available at the ticket counter near the festival entrance.

WHAT’S THE ATM, CREDIT CARD AND E-WALLET SITUATION LIKE?

It’s best to come prepared with cash, but QRPay and selected e-wallets will also be accepted.

IS THE FESTIVAL ACCESSIBLE FOR PEOPLE WITH DISABILITIES?

WHAT ’S THE DIFFERENCE BETWEEN PHASE 1, PHASE 2 AND PHASE 3 TICKETS?

Ticket phases just refer to the price of the ticket. The different ticket phases in the GA (General Admission) category do not mean different viewing zones, entry times or artist lineups.

The only difference between ticket phases is the price. The earlier you purchase tickets, the lower your ticket price will be.

CAN I BUY TICKETS AT ANY TIME WITHIN THE AVAILABILITY PERIOD FOR EACH PHASE? WILL PHASE 1 TICKETS SELL OUT IF I’M LATE TO PURCHASE THEM?

Yes you can. Tickets will be available at any time during the availability period of the respective phases, unless the entire festival sells out.

DOES PHASE 3 MEAN THAT I GET TO STAND CLOSER TO THE STAGE? WHY IS IT MORE EXPENSIVE?

Good Vibes Festival is a free standing festival – there aren’t any allocated areas for any particular phase of tickets. Phase 3 tickets are more expensive because they’re released the latest – so the earlier you buy tickets, the less you pay!

WHEN WILL SINGLE DAY FESTIVAL TICKETS BE AVAILABLE?
